Perspective Leadership Development is extremely pleased to announce the merger of Perspective Leadership Development with Isis Associates effective July 1, 2011. Perspective Leadership Development was founded in 2004 by Pam Krulitz with a mission to develop leaders who have a clarity of vision, ability to connect and communicate with others, drive meaningful results, and create value for their organizations. Through Pam’s leadership, the firm grew to serve clients such as The MITRE Corporation, Marriott, Acumen Solutions, and Accenture with a particular focus on working with technical leaders and teams. Over that time, Isis Associates and Perspective Leadership have had the opportunity to collaborate on numerous engagements and through that work discovered a natural alignment in client service philosophy and approach. Pam is joining Isis Associates as a Managing Partner and will play a key leadership role in client development and shaping the future strategy of the firm.
